Roles:
- Manage and explore new relationships with Relationship Managers and Business Mangers of different Banks.
- Get merchants (High Net worth Merchants) from 1 above, establish good relationship and arrange meetings.
- Increasing the value of current merchants while attracting new ones.
- Liaise with other department to ensure merchants are adequately supported.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving coverage.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for Merchants.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
