Roles:

  1. Manage and explore new relationships with Relationship Managers and Business Mangers of different Banks.
  2. Get merchants (High Net worth Merchants) from 1 above, establish good relationship and arrange meetings.
  3. Increasing the value of current merchants while attracting new ones.
  4. Liaise with other department to ensure merchants are adequately supported.
  5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  6. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  7. Finding and developing new markets and improving coverage.
  8. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  9. Developing quotes and proposals for Merchants.
  10. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  11. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
