Roles:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, andMerchants/Agents to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing company processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the company’s internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Partner with other support teams in improving the support delivered to Merchants/Agents
- Oversee materials and inventory management
