Claiming Your Listing
Below are the few and simple steps to take to claim your listing.

2. To claim your listing, you must have an account as a Vendor with lokogoma.com; you are expected to sign into your account or register an account. Follow this link >> to see step by step method on How to Register an account on lokogoma.com.
3. Once you are signed in, go to the category and listing you wish to claim. Click on the listing to reveal the full details.
4. On the right side of the page you would see 3 items for the listing above the profile of the account/vendor that registered the listing.
5. Click on the “Claim Listing” and a window would appear requiring you to fill in information on your request to claim a listing.
NOTE: Ensure to fill your Name, email address, phone number and proof that it is your business, product or service.
6. Next click on submit claim button. Once the claim is submitted a dialogue box notifying you that your claim has been submitted would appear.
7. Our team would receive the claim listing and follow up with some confirmation before the listing can be approved. If you do not provide us with contact details we WOULD NOT follow up on the claim.

This means that, it is only when someone in the site list your business,that you can apply for claiming right? If the owner of the business list her business herself there will be no need to claim, right?

For clarification, our content developers might have updated the website with listing of various businesses on the clients behalf.
At some point, the owner of the business would want to have control of the information that is presented to the public and prospective clients,
This is why we have provided an option to claim your listing.
For anyone to claim a listing they must be registered – that is create an account.
When they have created an account then they can claim the listing from the page of the business they wish to claim.
Once they click the claim your listing link, they are provided with an option to send a message about the listing they wish to claim.
They must provide details about the business and their contact details for confirmation.
Immediately the confirmation is made from our end, the listing goes to the account. C’est fini!
And as you rightly stated. If you have listed your business yourself, no need for claiming it.
